Prior to joining Nautilus, Isabella worked for Aspen Capital, a private equity firm behind Great Ajax(NYSE – AJX), investing undervalued mortgage debt, real estate-related debt, and equity securities. She conducted several modeling projects and helped to manage a more than $100 million portfolio using SQL, R, and Python.

Isabella was born and raised in Shanghai, China, where she has deep connections with different financial institutions and large enterprises. She is very passionate about data science and AI applications in enterprises, healthcare, finance, and security.

She holds a BA in Quantitative Econometrics from the University of California, Irvine.
